Masoumeh Moridian helped us find great ways for staying healthy at the office. Here is what she says about this topic:
We’ve all been there – the day is just too short to complete all the tasks we have, let alone to think about eating healthy throughout the day. To gain more time we skip lunches and instead indulge in any snacks we can get a hold of. At the end of the day we are too tired to exercise. However, as work is the place we spend the majority of our week, our habits at work have a vast impact on our productivity, health, and waistlines. In this talk I would like to give you some tips and tricks on how to create healthier habits at work.
And last, but not least Nunu Calla shared the experiences she made when not buying cloths for one year (“Ich kauf nix – Ein Jahr ohne Kleiderkauf”). As part of Nunu Calla’s talk we hosted a clothes exchange party.
