On July 24th, 2018 we host our next event #iamgood13 on Mindfulness!

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. It is about being responsive instead of reactive. This gives you a new dimension of freedom – freedom you can use to increase awareness, make better decisions, be more efficient, be braver, be calmer, or simply be a little bit happier.

Bring your friends, your beloved ones or simply come by yourself! You will meet some awesome people and get some inspiring inputs.

Don’t forget to register on http://iamgood13.eventbrite.de
